Terms Of Service

Apkpic (hereinafter referred to as “apkpic”) would like to emphasize the importance of carefully reviewing this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) before registering as a user to ensure your full understanding of its terms. Please read this Agreement attentively and make an informed decision to accept or decline its terms. If you do not accept all the terms outlined in this Agreement, you do not have the right to register, log in, or use the services covered by this Agreement. Your registration, login, or usage of our services will be considered as your acceptance of this Agreement, and you agree to be bound by its terms.

This Agreement outlines the rights and obligations between “Apkpic ” and its users. The term “Users” refers to individuals who register, log in, and utilize our service. “Apkpic ” reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time, and users will be separately notified through a pop-up window or another form after any updates. If a user does not agree to the modified terms, they must cease using the services provided by “apkpic” immediately. Continued usage of the services will be considered as acceptance of the modified Agreement.

Account Registration

1. A user who completes the registration/login process through our system becomes an official user and gains access to all the permissions specified in our app.
2. Users are responsible for the security of their passwords and accounts. Any loss or damage resulting from activities performed using the user’s password and account is solely the user’s responsibility, and “Apkpic” holds no liability.

Rules of Use

1. Users are prohibited from using the “Apkpic” account to create, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate content that is prohibited by laws, regulations, and policies, including but not limited to content that:
   • Opposes the basic principles established by the Constitution.
   • Endangers national security, leaks state secrets, subverts state power, and undermines national unity.
   • Damages national honor and interests.
   • Incites ethnic hatred, discrimination, and undermines ethnic unity.
   • Undermines the state’s religious policies and promotes cults and feudal superstitions.
   • Spreads rumors, disrupts social order, and undermines social stability.
   • Contains obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or instigates crime.
   • Insults or slanders others, infringing on their lawful rights and interests.
   • Fails to comply with the “seven bottom lines” requirements of laws and regulations, the socialist system, national interests, citizens’ legitimate rights and interests, social public order, morality, and information authenticity.
   • Contains other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
2. Users must not produce, upload, copy, publish, or spread content that interferes with the normal operation of “apkpic” and infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties, including content that:
   • Contains sexual or suggestive material.
   • Contains abusive, intimidating, or threatening content.
   • Involves harassment, spam advertisements, malicious information, or deceptive information.
   • Deals with the privacy, personal information, or data of others.
   • Infringes on legal rights such as reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, and trade secrets of others.
   • Contains other information that interferes with the normal operation of the service and infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.

Privacy Protection

1. “apkpic” does not disclose a single user’s registration information and non-public content stored in “apkpic” to the public or third parties, except in the following cases:
   • Explicit authorization from the user in advance.
   • Compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
   • Requirements from relevant government authorities.
   • To safeguard public interests.
2. “apkpic” may collaborate with third parties to provide users with related network services. In such cases, if the third party agrees to protect user privacy with the same responsibility as “apkpic,” this site has the right to provide registration information to the third party.
3. While safeguarding the private information of individual users, “apkpic” has the right to analyze the entire user database and utilize it for commercial purposes.

Responsibility Statement

1. Users expressly agree that the risks and consequences of using the “apkpic” network service are entirely their own responsibility, and “apkpic” assumes no liability for this.
2. “apkpic” cannot guarantee that the network service will meet all user requirements, nor can it guarantee the timeliness, security, and accuracy of the service.
3. “apkpic” does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of external links set up for user convenience, and it holds no responsibility for content on webpages not controlled by “apkpic.”
4. For network service interruptions or other defects caused by force majeure or reasons beyond the control of “apkpic,” “apkpic” assumes no responsibility but will make efforts to minimize the impact on users.
5. “apkpic” is not responsible for the quality of certain products or services provided to users free of charge, or any losses resulting from them.
6. “apkpic” reserves the right to modify or terminate this service, either temporarily or permanently, at any time. “apkpic” is not liable to the user or any third party, with or without notice.
